What the check reads
Speed, as Google measures it
Google's PageSpeed Insights loads the page on a slowed-down phone and on a computer: Largest Contentful Paint, layout shift, blocking time, the speed score, and Chrome's real-visitor numbers when Google has them.
Search basics
Title, description, canonical link, share preview tags, main heading, language, noindex rules, robots.txt and the sitemap.
Security headers and HTTPS
HTTPS and the http:// redirect, HSTS, Content Security Policy, clickjacking protection, cookie flags, insecure files and what your server says about its software.
Accessibility you can see in the HTML
Images without text descriptions, unlabelled form fields, nameless buttons, a blocked zoom, and Google's automated accessibility test.
The findings are ranked by the same detectors and scores Betterloop uses for its own projects, so the thing most likely to cost you visitors sits at the top. No AI writes them: the same page gives the same list.
What it cannot see
The check reads your site from the outside, once, the way a browser and Google do. Without the Betterloop script on your pages it cannot see:
- What real visitors do: rage clicks, dead buttons, the JavaScript errors they hit, where they give up
- How fast the site is for your own visitors on their devices and networks, beyond Chrome's public sample
- Pages behind a login, and anything other than the one address you check
- Your code, your errors in production, or your payments
